Eastern Bubbles

The ΛCDM Tension

The eROSITA bubbles record a 10⁵⁶ erg injection from the Galactic Center, but their morphology is lopsided where any central engine, AGN or starburst, should inflate symmetric bipolar shells (Predehl 2020; Ponti 2021). Restoring the asymmetry needs tilted jets, deflecting media, or episode stacking, each tuned after the fact.

The ΛCDM Assumption That Creates It

The model's bubbles expand from a central engine into a halo medium that is statistically featureless, so symmetry is the default and every departure must be engineered. The directions the bubbles favor have no meaning in a framework where the Galaxy's surroundings carry no preferred structure.

SCT Resolution: M11 (The Outflow Met a Structured Medium)

SCT removes the featureless-surroundings assumption that makes the asymmetry mysterious. The halo medium the bubbles expanded into is deposited structure, not statistical isotropy: the Galaxy sits in an inherited environment whose gas distribution, field topology, and density gradients descend from the collision geometry that organized the Local Group's neighborhood (P25, P34), so an outflow of any symmetry inflates asymmetrically, deflected and brightness-weighted by the structured medium it meets. The directions the bubbles favor stop being arbitrary: they should trace the inherited environmental architecture, the same large-scale geometry organizing the Galactic warp's orientation (recid 123) and the system's alignment context.

The engine side carries its own SCT context: the Galactic Center hosts a cascade-seeded compact-object population alongside Sgr A* (P46), broadening the injection-history options beyond the single-engine dichotomy, with multiple seeded engines naturally yielding the multi-episode energetics the X-ray and gamma-ray shells jointly suggest. The registered discriminant is directional: bubble asymmetries should correlate with independently mapped environmental structure, halo gas gradients and the inherited field topology (recid 203), rather than requiring engine-side tuning. The environment mechanics are in Paper 4, From Chaos To Collisothermal Cosmogenesis, with the pocket-property inheritance in Paper 1, From Chaos to Convergent Foundations.

Keystone economy: P25 structures the medium, P46 broadens the engine. Symmetric physics in an asymmetric environment makes asymmetric bubbles, no tuning required.

Falsifier

The registered kill is the correlation: if deep X-ray and dispersion-measure mapping of the halo medium shows the gas the bubbles expanded into is statistically uniform, with the asymmetry fully explained by a reconstructed tilted-jet or multi-episode engine history, the structured-medium reading is unnecessary. SCT separately requires the bubble asymmetry directions to align with the independently measured environmental architecture; asymmetries uncorrelated with any mapped halo structure would leave the morphology unexplained by the inherited environment.
